FiberX Systems ("we," "us," or "the Company") respects the privacy of users of the
Enterprise Portal application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we
collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding that data. By using the App, you agree
to the practices described in this policy.
1. Nature of the App
Enterprise Portal is a business application for project and task management, used by employees of
subscribing organizations. Using the App requires an account provided by your employer or system
administrator; it is not intended for general personal use.
2. Data We Collect
We collect only the data necessary to operate the App and deliver its services:
Account data: first and last name, email address, department name, and the
permissions associated with your account.
Sign-in data: your password (transmitted securely and stored on our servers in
hashed/encrypted form; we cannot read it in plain text).
Session tokens: stored locally on your device in secure storage to keep you
signed in.
Work content: the projects, tasks, comments, reminders, and files/attachments
you create or upload within the App.
Device token: via Firebase Cloud Messaging, used to deliver push notifications
to your device.
Limited technical data: device type, operating system, and basic error logs for
operational and security purposes.
The App does not collect your geographic location, and does not access your camera, microphone,
contacts, or messages. It shows no advertisements and does not sell your data to any third party.
3. How We Use Your Data
Create your account, verify your identity, and enable sign-in.
Display and manage your projects, tasks, comments, and reminders.
Send push notifications related to your work.
Improve App performance, resolve issues, and ensure security.
4. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We share your data only to the following necessary extent:
FiberX Systems servers: where App data is securely processed and stored.
Authorities: where we are under a legal obligation to do so.
5. Data Storage and Security
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and session tokens are stored on your
device in secure storage. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your
data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no method of electronic transmission or
storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service or
meet our legal obligations. When an account is deleted, your data is deleted or anonymized within a
reasonable period, unless the law requires otherwise.
7. Your Rights
Access your personal data and request a copy of it.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your account and data (subject to contractual constraints with your organization).
Withdraw your consent to notifications at any time from your device settings.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for business use by adult employees, is not directed to children under the age of
18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version on this page along with
a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any change constitutes your
acceptance of the new version.
